Business Coordinator – Offset Printing and Corrugated Packaging

Profile

There is a vacancy for a business coordinator with experience in the field of offset printing and corrugated packaging. He/ she will be primarily responsible for all the administrative activities like purchase, billing, reporting etc. They will be responsible for all the logistics and will also be required to coordinate between marketing and production team

Eligibility:

A graduate degree in BBM or BBA or equivalent

An MBA will be an added advantage

Skill Set:

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Should be an effective team player
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning of the organization
  • Manage all expenses and revenue generated in the business process
  • Keep an updated record of all account receivables and invoices and report periodically
  • Will be responsible for coordinating with employees and managing their travel expenses.
  • Work closely with HR to hire suitable candidates and take informed decisions in terminating employees.
  • Set-up best practices to be followed in the best interest of the business and ensure adherence.

Profile There is a vacancy for a Planning and Quality Controller with experience in the field of offset printing and corrugated packaging. He/ she will be primarily responsible for understand the job, follow-ups with the studio, factory and outside vendors and make sure no delay on any step for the cost effective, timely & quality delivery.
